About the role
As a Workplace Experience Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for guiding a team of customer-focused professionals to deliver a best-in-class experience for internal and external clients of the firm, whether remote or in-person. Other key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating a genuine and personal connection with all clients and creating a customized experience so they can work seamlessly, productively, and efficiently
- Providing best-in-class client service delivery that is timely, accurate, and seamless; demonstrating sound judgement and problem-solving acumen
- Evaluating, identifying, and implementing innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the Workplace Experience
- Contributing to the day-to-day oversight of the team including staffing/resource allocation and distribution of work; presenting new hire orientations to all personnel; assisting with the on boarding and training of new team members
- Providing performance feedback and seeking opportunities for team and individual development; working with manager on impactful coaching
- Consulting with clients to tailor requests to specifications; offers guidance in a poised and productive manner
- Coordinating successful execution of conference center meetings and events; provide hands-on expert support, including technology; coordinate with requisite departments to deliver beyond client expectations

- Follows security and emergency procedures as defined for the property. Responds to emergency situations in a calm, efficient manner. Summons appropriate assistance and makes appropriate notifications in accordance with operating procedures
- Coordinates inventory and ongoing maintenance of catering equipment, supplies, and conference furnishings; making recommendations for repair, replacement, and/or upgrades of required equipment
About you

- Possess knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
- Are adept at utilizing & navigating various technology platforms and applications
- Are able to work a flexible schedule; evenings and occasional weekend shifts will be required
And have
- A High school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor’s degree or comparable years of experience preferred
- A minimum of three (3) years of hospitality or customer service management experience; hotel management, facility/office management, law firm, or corporate environment experience
Compensation & Benefits
Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $60,000 – $90,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance-and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
