Client Relations Coordinator

Summary

Under general Director of Client Relations supervision assists the team; primary responsibilities include supporting the firm’s business development needs, utilizing the latest web technologies for firm communications, maintaining the Firm’s internet presence and assisting in preparation of directory submissions and other nominations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update practice pages, deal descriptions partner biographies and other content on website.
  • Assist with maintaining and update deal descriptions for corporate transaction database and other databases.
  • Create and maintain submissions tracking calendar for various practice groups based on prior submissions and seek out new opportunities .
  • Work with attorneys and client relations team to draft submissions for various awards and recognitions.
  • Work with team to create and post social media content including deal announcements, awards and other noteworthy content based on agreed guidelines and subject to approval.
  • Proactively track speaking engagement opportunities and coordinate with Partners as well as track internally.
  • Coordinate with data stewards to maintain client contact information .
  • Support Client Relations team for events providing logistical support as needed.
  • Effectively collaborate across departments to meet the Firm’s business goals and initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as needed.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
  • Willingness to respond to e-mail when out of the office.
  • Some travel may be required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and oral.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (InterAction in particular, others a plus)
  • Extensive knowledge and experience using e-mail marketing software including CVENT, Tikit e-merge, and Tikit Reaction Server.
  • Experience with blogs and proprietary content management systems (WordPress, SharePoint).
  • Excellent computer skills.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum two years related experience in a law firm.

Working Conditions

  • Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, etc.
  • Full C-19 Vaccination and Booster are required unless otherwise permitted by law.

 

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00-$75,000.00, dependent on experience
