Summary
The Website Manager will be responsible for overseeing Paul, Weiss’s online properties. They will be a key contributor to a firmwide rebranding initiative, working closely with Business Development leadership and coordinating between external agencies, partner stakeholders and other Business Development and Operational team members. Following the launch of a new website, they will maintain the platform and help guide its continued evolution in terms of design and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary project manager in a multi-phase rebranding, liaising between key internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Oversee maintenance of the firm’s existing website and other online properties
- Once the new website has been deployed, manage feature and functionality development with an eye toward making iterative improvements
- Leverage a strong grasp of marketing tools, strategies, trends and best practices in helping to advance and evolve the firm’s digital marketing roadmap
- Develop and execute on cross-channel content marketing strategies in collaboration with Content and Communications teams
- Deep understanding of online analytics, which will inform decision-making across all responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Eight to ten years of digital marketing experience in the professional services or financial services industry required. Law firm experience preferred. Must have played a significant role in at least one major website redesign. Full rebrand preferred
- Extensive exposure to content management systems — and a solid understanding of how they work
- Working knowledge of website design and development (HTML & CSS) and familiarity with web UX design principles. Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office Suite. Experience with project management software and UI/UX tools (Figma/Sketch/Invision) preferred
- Several years of experience coordinating with technology vendors and/or design agencies on large-scale projects
- Comfortable interfacing with partners (if background is legal) or senior executives. Must have excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Detail-oriented; exceptional time-management skills. Must be able to balance competing priorities
- Team-oriented; ability to work together with team members across functions to accomplish joint goals
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $140,000-$175,000
