HR Systems Specialist

Summary

This position supports HR Systems Firm wide, must have 3-5 Years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and support data management and integrations. System Implementation and Configuration. Efficient in analytical skills on analyzing critical requirement from HR end user and utilize them on Workday platform. Gathering and Analyzing requirements, creating design specifications and Solutions in Workday. Efficient in creating and developing functional designs and specifications that supports HR Systems Firm wide, must have 3 – 5 Years of experience in Workday HCM implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Hands on Workday HCM systems implementation experience and working knowledge on Workday Core HCM, system configuration of back-end tables, Inbound/Outbound integrations and reporting
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, advanced reports and calculated fields
  • Update and maintain the benefits module, assist with annual Open Enrollment/ACA configuration and processing in Workday
  • Manage ongoing maintenance of compensation grades, job profiles, and supervisory organizations
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Business Process, Workday data integrity, troubleshoot irregularities, correct discrepancies, and ensure compliance and consistent data mapping across systems
  • Partner with stakeholders to research, correct discrepancies and ensure compliance and consistent data
  • Responsibility for loading large volumes of data via Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB); updating various documents, plans, business processes and other areas
  • Reporting and analytics to respond to data requests, survey completion,
  • Responsibility for gathering data elements, document issues, and provide suggestions for problem resolution
  • Provide functional, technical and administration support in Workday platform and assisting with preparations for Workday’s two annual upgrades
  • Efficient in analytical skills on analyzing critical requirements from HR end user and Workday platform
  • Responsible for migrations from implementation to Sandbox and finally to Production Environment
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Additional responsibilities and project work as required

Qualifications

  • Professional experience with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, HR systems. Workday HCM preferred
  • Experience with software delivery or supporting compensation, talent management and/or HCM solution
  • Knowledge of implementing/supporting Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, or similar applications (with previous workday experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of Workday domain and business process security model
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM Functional module including Workday Functional Reporting
  • Proficient in computer systems (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, internal and external clients,
  • Strong attention to detail, handle sensitive information with the highest integrity
  • Ability to multitask and team oriented
  • Workday experience, preferable HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Off, Time tracking, or Compensation

 

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00-$95,000.00, dependent on experience
