Coordinator-Talent Network
SUMMARY
The Coordinator – Talent Network will be responsible for administrative support of the Firm’s Career and Alumni Resource Center, reporting to the Associate Director, Head of Talent Network and supporting both Associate Directors in the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide administrative support for high-volume career counseling office, including tracking confidential documents and workflows.
- Maintain and update database of job opportunities for associates and alumni.
- Maintain, update, and refine alumni records and data, in collaboration with other Firm departments.
- Conduct regular reporting on relevant data sets from multiple sources, using Excel and other reporting tools as needed.
- Maintain and update department’s SharePoint site.
- Manage administration of the Firm’s alumni website, including content management and collection and interpretation of data analytics reports, as well as providing timely support to users.
- Serve as a contributor to the creation and maintenance of content related to career and alumni services on the Firm’s website and intranet, as well as internal and external printed materials.
- Assist with planning and execution of alumni events.
- Track and report on program metrics for the Talent Network.
- Collaborate with members of the Legal Recruiting and Professional Development, Legal Personnel, Business Development, Communications, Special Events, and Information Services departments.
In addition, responsibilities related to maintaining firm and client information are to be adhered to by all employees. This includes complying with the firm’s information security policies, protecting firm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference, and reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in standard spreadsheet, database, word processing and presentation applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint), as well as with a variety of online information resources. Advanced Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables) is strongly preferred. Experience with content management systems and/or customer relationship management systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, research and interpersonal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- An ability to handle time-sensitive requests and to generate quality work product in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident, professional manner that comes across effectively with the Firm’s lawyers and staff.
- A commitment to the highest standards of excellence and professionalism.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior work or internship experience in a related field (alumni relations, talent acquisition, career services, etc.) highly desired.

Salary: $50,000-$70,000, dependent on experience
