Summary
Our client is seeking a junior/mid-level trusts and estates attorney. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, estate planning documentation, philanthropic planning and assistance with all aspects of estate and trust administration. Additionally, the attorneys in the trusts & estates group are integrated with the tax and corporate lawyers and will work with entrepreneurs and middle-market business owners on family business succession, entity planning and general business matters that arise in connection with planning for business and real estate clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent academic credentials
- One to four years’ experience at a national or regional law firm.
- While a trust and estates or tax law background is preferred, strong candidates with other legal experience will also be considered.
Compensation
$175,000 – $195,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
