Summary
As a Workplace Experience Host (WEH), you will be an essential member of a team of customer-focused professionals responsible for delivering a world-class experience to internal and external clients of the firm. You are a self-starter who is attuned to client needs to effectively develop and implement solutions. You are present and ready to assist, and you are integral to the vision and execution of the workplace experience department. While the schedule for this role is generally 9:30 am – 6 pm, Monday – Friday, the Workplace Experience Host must be able to work flexible hours. This is an in-office role.
Responsibilities
- Offering a genuine welcome to all visitors and personnel; escorting internal and external clients to their destinations
- Supporting day-to-day operations by providing elevated hospitality and service which allows clients to work, productively and efficiently; naturally connecting dots and engaging with clients, taking action to fulfill in-the-moment requests and anticipate potential needs
- Maintaining and supporting conference center and other work spaces within the office, processing reservation and catering requests; and ensuring space is presentable, equipped, configured to customer specifications, and ready for use
- Assisting with various department tasks including, but not limited to: logging or handling of minor repairs, office moves, food and beverage requests, space configurations, visitor registration, coordinating details with building security, and meeting/event support
- Support the firm’s global health and well-being initiatives by completing Ergonomic Specialist training and performing ergonomic assessments
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma
- A minimum of three (3) years of Workplace Experience or related experience
- Ability to earn the trust of clients by offering exceptional assistance, knowledge, and support
- Display a composed and self-assured manner at all times
- Take initiative and feel empowered to take ownership and be decisive when supporting clients
Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $65,000. Eligible employees can participate in the Firm’s comprehensive benefit program which includes:

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
