Marketing Coordinator

Summary

A boutique law firm is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to begin immediately.  The Marketing Coordinator will work with the firm’s CMO and Managing Partners to maintain and advance the firm’s reputation as a leader in the fields of securities, antitrust, and other complex litigation.  Candidates with at least three-to-five years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and edit marketing collateral such as website content, print material, and other forms of marketing-related content, including posting on social media platforms
  • Coordinate and assist with the writing and compilation of RFP responses and pitches, review RFP tracking sites daily, and maintain proposal and RFP tracking systems
  • Assist with the execution of digital media campaigns
  • Participate in legal submission process (e.g., Chambers, Law360, Legal 500, etc.) when necessary, including drafting case descriptions and assisting with arranging interviews
  • Assist with the planning and execution of seminar/event/webinar activities
  • Develop and maintain mailing lists and contact lists

Requirements

  • A. required (work in the legal, financial, or professional services industry is a plus)
  • Prior experience in a legal marketing role
  • Self-motivated and committed to excellence in the workplace with high energy level
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment; flexibility with overtime
  • Attention to detail and excellent writing skills required (writing samples required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Tech savvy. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; experience with Google Ads and social media platforms Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Genuine interest in the financial industry and our key practice areas

Salary: $55,000-$80,000 depending on experience
