  • Create, prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence and memoranda
  • Perform department specific duties which may involve special projects or on-going responsibilities such as tracking, reporting and presenting information including but not limited to:

o Entering deadlines into Compulaw;

o Running Table of Contents and Table of Authorities for briefs;

o Downloading and save pleadings to Desksite;

o Drafting filing letters to Court;

o Performing court filings;

o Updating pleading clips for all cases.

  • Answer and direct telephone calls, retrieves and delivers voice mail messages
  • Input attorney time charges into the automated diary/billing system
  • Schedule appointments, conferences and lawyer/client meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • The ability to drill down on billing details
  • Heavy, direct and sometimes independent client contact
  • Maintain client files
  • Additional duties as assigned

Salary: $75,000.00-$95,000.00, dependent on experience
