Summary

Our client seeks an individual with records of academic and professional achievement to join its Human Capital group as coordinator. Coordinators are considered for one of several teams within Human Capital, including Recruiting, Talent Assessment & Performance, Learning & Development, and People Operations, where they’ll play a key role as part of an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging working environment. Responsibilities

Though specific responsibilities will vary depending on the team you’re placed in, you’ll be responsible for a range of logistical, data management, and scheduling tasks, and will interface with interview candidates, employees, hiring managers, and colleagues from across Human Capital. Coordinators play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our teams and help the firm achieve its ambitious Human Capital goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred, as is demonstrated attention to detail and project execution skills.
    Well-developed communication skills and the ability to learn quickly are essential.
  • Individuals with an affinity for client service and an eye for improving processes, as well as a willingness to dive into tasks both big and small, will excel in this role.
  • Successful candidates will exercise utmost discretion while handling confidential information and excel at working both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

The expected annual base salary for this position is $55,000 to $75,000. Our client’s compensation and benefits package includes overtime for all hours worked over 40 per week and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
