Business Development Analyst

Summary

Our client, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking a Business Development Analyst – E-Marketing to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California. Please note that this role is eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. The schedule is Monday – Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm PT.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the firm’s CRM platform, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and completing profiles in the firm’s CRM database; making recommendations regarding the system configuration and/or processes for data collection
  • Partnering with lawyers and BD colleagues to leverage data and insights to win new business
  • Ensuring the integrity of the data by processing duplicates and verifying information
  • Exporting, analyzing, and reporting data for business development efforts; leading audit and data clean-up projects
  • Partnering with lawyers and BD colleagues to leverage data and insights to win new business
  • Working with Marketing Technology team and IT to prepare for various upgrades to the platform, including testing, documentation, and research
  • Working on special projects as needed, including sending out email marketing campaigns using our e-marketing platform

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with large data sets, databases, and Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a Business Development or Marketing role with related analytical experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred
  • Experience responding to ad-hoc requests, developing analysis, and producing reports
  • Experience with CRM platforms is preferred (InterAction, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce)
  • Have very strong attention to detail, and the ability to work methodically
  • Have solid communication skills, both written and verbal, including effective interpersonal communications and the ability to interact with people at all organizational levels
  • Have a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude

Compensation

Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $70,000 – $85,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
