The Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to the Senior Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Manager with all recruiting and onboarding efforts for the Operation’s Team and Paralegal Department of this global law firm.


  • Schedule interviews, book conference rooms, set-up visitor’s passes
  • Correspond with candidates and agencies in support of maintaining valuable relationships and reinforce a positive candidate experience
  • Assist with managing various relationships with recruiting agencies across each of the industries in which we hire
  • Act as one of the system administrators of the recruitment and applicant tracking system
  • Manage job templates saved in the recruiting system library and collaborate with the Sr. Recruiting Coordinator on posting jobs both internally and externally
  • Assist with and collaborate on the paralegal on-campus recruiting onboarding process
  • Assist with the temporary roles’ recruiting and onboarding
  • Manage the onboarding and pre-hire process for all new Ops team hires
  • Manage and be responsible for the collection of all new hire paperwork including file organization and uploading; have the ability to better leverage the onboarding platform in support of this
  • Assist with drafting full-time and temp agency agreements
  • Track all recruiting vendor agreements and agency placement fees
  • Process recruitment and placement invoices for payment
  • Familiarity with document management systems
  • Assist with the management of various recruitment-related spreadsheets and tracking of relevant information


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Two to five years of professional service experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with an expense management platform required
  • Experience with Taleo required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, including strong attention to detail in all written work
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility and responsiveness, and the ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter, strong work ethic, enthusiastic “can do” attitude and eagerness to take ownership of the job responsibilities
  • Excellent team player and comfortable working independently as well
  • Creative thinker and ability to promote ideas that will generate efficiency and streamline processes

Salary: Competitive based on experience
