Summary
The Business Development Analyst, Clients & Industries (“Analyst”) plays a role in supporting Firm’s strategic initiatives of practice expansion, business development and reputation building, with guidance from senior members of the business development team.
Responsibilities include assisting with the delivery of the team’s strategic plan across practice groups, industries and key initiatives, which may include client targeting, competitive analysis, market research, pitch management and the coordination of client events, conferences and speaking engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather market and competitive intelligence in preparation for client meetings and pitches; Work with BD colleagues to identify, research and analyze market trends and new business opportunities
- Assist with the internal strategy, coordination and execution of high-profile client events, conferences, speaking engagements and additional profile-raising opportunities
- Maintain select marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, web content) for designated firm initiatives
- Track client activity in CRM for pipeline reporting
- Assist with pitches and RFPs, directory submissions and relevant awards, as requested
- Support the cleanup, maintenance and discovery of CRM data through various tools and resources. Pull data and create reports to support the strategy of various programs and initiatives
- Support the creation and execution of internal and external newsletters to promote our programs and foster engagement with key constituents
- Additional special projects and duties, as assigned

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Previous experience working in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
- Experience with planning and preparing pitches, presentations, and other marketing materials required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00, dependent on experience
